3. User Responsibility & Form Submission Verification

Pagla Tool provides automated presets (e.g., 20KB, 50KB, 100KB, 3.5×4.5cm, 300 DPI, signature contrast) designed to match guidelines published by examination authorities such as UPSC, SSC, FPSC, PPSC, NTS, IBPS, and state boards.

• Verification Obligation: Official government portals occasionally update their upload specifications without prior notice. It is solely the candidate's responsibility to verify that the generated image or document strictly complies with the instructions of their specific application portal before final submission.
• No Guarantee of Acceptance: Pagla Tool provides formatting utilities only. We cannot guarantee that an examination commission or employer will accept an application if other application conditions are violated by the candidate.

4. Zero File Retention & User Ownership

You retain 100% ownership and copyright over every image, portrait photo, signature, or PDF document you process through our tools. Because all tools execute purely within your browser memory (client-side), Pagla Tool does not take possession, copy, or retain any rights over your materials.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Pagla Tool to:

• Generate forged, deceptive, or fraudulent identity documents or altered official government stamps.
• Engage in automated scraping or denial-of-service attacks against our hosting infrastructure.
• Circumvent or tamper with security headers, script integrity, or cookie consent banners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and tools on Pagla Tool are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Pagla Tool makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
